Fruit Crumble
- 2 cans (14 oz/398 mL) peach slices in juice, drained
- 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
- 1 can (14 oz/398 mL) pear halves in light syrup, drained and sliced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup cold butter or margarine, cubed
- Place fruit in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly and moist; sprinkle evenly over fruit.
- Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until topping is crisp and golden.
- Serve warm.
- If desired, top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen yogourt.
