Pineapple Fruit Boat Recipe

  1. Cut pineapples in half from top to bottom.
  2. Scoop out pulp and cut into chunks.
  3. Core apples and cut into chunks; don't peel apples.
  4. Peel bananas and slice.
  5. Peel oranges and section.
  6. Clean grapes and separate.
  7. Core pears and slice.
  8. Defrost melon balls.
  9. Combine fruits in bowl.
  10. Drain melon balls; add in to mix.
  11. Lay pineapples on side; fill with fruit mix.
  12. Serve on large platter.
  13. Yield: 4-6 servings.
