Stuffed Mushrooms Italiano(Microwave)

  1. Wash mushrooms; gently remove stems and finely chop.
  2. Drain caps on paper toweling.
  3. In 1-quart bowl combine butter, chopped stems, 1 onion, pepperoni, green pepper and garlic.
  4. Cook at High for 2 minutes, until tender.
  5. Stir in crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well.
  6. Mound mixture in the mushroom caps.
  7. Place caps in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  8. Cover and cook at Medium or cook power 5 (50%) for 4 minutes, until hot.
  9. Makes 12 appetizers.
