Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe
- 12 Large eggs, hard boiled, shelled, and diced
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon and herb seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon California garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Spread on bread.
- Makes approximately 10-12 sandwiches.
