Cherry Vanilla Power Bars
- 2- 1/2 cups Cups Slivered Almonds (I Used Unblanched)
- 13 cups Ground Flax Meal (I Used Golden)
- 23 cups Dried Cherries
- 13 cups Dried Cranberries
- 10 drops Vanilla Creme Stevia
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Place almonds, flax, cherries, cranberries and stevia in a food processor.
- Pulse until well ground, then pulse in water (2 to 3 tablespoons) until the mixture begins to form a ball.
- Remove from the food processor and press into an 8x8 inch pyrex dish.
- Slice into bars and serve.
- Makes 12 bars.
