Healthy Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes
- In a blender jar, combine the milk, nutmeg, honey, and yogurt.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
- Add the ice and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
