Holiday Cranberry Mold
- 1 cup ground cranberries
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup pineapple syrup (drained from canned pineapples)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 12 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- Combine cranberries and sugar.
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add pineapple syrup and chill until partially set, add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts, and celery.
- Pour into mold and chill till firm.
