Our Simple Pan-Fried Ginger Pork
- 500 grams Thinly sliced pork or pork cut for ginger pork
- 1 piece Ginger (or tubed ginger)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 generous amount Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1/3 a head Chopped cabbage
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Salt & ground pepper
- Mix the ingredients together.

- Cook the meat.
- Once the meat is cooked, coat in the sauce from Step 1 and serve on a plate.
- Flavor the chopped cabbage with the ingredients.
