Butter Me up Tarts
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 13 cup raisins
- 24 prepared frozen tart shells, thawed
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, egg, cinnamon and raisins.
- Pour evenly into tart shells.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- TIP: For plump and textured raisins bring a little water to a boil.
- Turn off heat.
- Stir in raisins.
- Let stand 3-4 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry.
