Butter Me up Tarts

  1. Whisk together Eagle Brand, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, egg, cinnamon and raisins.
  2. Pour evenly into tart shells.
  3. Bake in preheated 375F oven 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.
  4. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  5. TIP: For plump and textured raisins bring a little water to a boil.
  6. Turn off heat.
  7. Stir in raisins.
  8. Let stand 3-4 minutes.
  9. Drain and pat dry.
