Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

  1. Cut tenderloin into 1 inch thick pieces.
  2. Place each piece on surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, spices.
  4. Dredge pork to coat.
  5. Heat oil in large skillet.
  6. Add pork and distribute onions and garlic around meat.
  7. Cook slowly 5 minutes, turn, cook 5 minute more.
