Tater Tot Hot Dish
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrot, cut
- 1 12 lbs hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb tater tots
- 4 cups milk
- 12 cup flour
- salt and pepper
- garlic, minced to taste
- Brown hamburger, drain leaving about 3 tablespoons drippings.
- Add onion and celery cook just until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over hamburger stir in well.
- Add milk and simmer until thickened.
- In casserole or slow cooker (if using) layer vegetables.
- (can just sub a 16-20 oz bag of vegetables) Pour hamburger over.
- Lastly add tater tots on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered.
