Pad woon sen
- 1 pack of vermicelli soke in water and drain
- 1 gallon 100 gram of slices pork
- 1 tsp spoon of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp spoon of oil
- 1 half slices of onion
- 1 half slices of carrot
- 1 cup of slices cabbage
- 3 stripes of each green onion, salary and coriander cut into 2 cm long
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp spoon of fish sauce
- 2 tsp spoon of sugar
- 1 tbsp spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp spoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 a pint of pepper
- Heat the oil in heat frying pan add garlic and pork fry till cook beat in egg stir till egg dry and crump add cabbages and carrots then add onion keep frying for 5 minutes add tomato and add flavours start with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and pepper,add green onion ,salary and coriander right away add vermicelli that been soke and drain stir till every ingredients mixed
