Rocket Pesto With Roast Beef
- 100g rocket leaves
- 50g toasted hazelnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
- 10 slices rare roast beef, quartered
- Blend the rocket, hazelnuts, garlic, and parmesan together in a food processor.
- Add the olive oil, and season to taste.
- Serve on water crackers with a piece of rare roast beef.
