Rocket Pesto With Roast Beef

• 100g rocket leaves
• 50g toasted hazelnuts
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
• 10 slices rare roast beef, quartered

1. Blend the rocket, hazelnuts, garlic, and parmesan together in a food processor.
2. Add the olive oil, and season to taste.
3. Serve on water crackers with a piece of rare roast beef.
