Tomato Vegetable Soup
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, chopped
- 10 ounces frozen corn
- 3 large carrots
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 46 ounces V8 vegetable juice (tomato if preferred)
- 1 garlic clove
- 14 cup water
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- Brown beef in a dutch oven, drain.
- Add all ingredients & bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat & simmer 1 Hour.
