Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Toss carrots with parsnips, shallot, honey, melted butter, oil, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined jelly-roll pan.
  4. Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
