Roasted Carrots and Parsnips
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 lb. parsnips
- 1 shallot
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. oil
- .13 tsp. ground cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Toss carrots with parsnips, shallot, honey, melted butter, oil, cayenne, and salt.
- Arrange in single layer on foil-lined jelly-roll pan.
- Roast 15 minutes or until tender.
