Besan Parathas Recipe

  1. For Filling:Mix the gram flour, chilli pwdr, turmeric pwdr, asafoetida, cumin seeds, corriander
  2. Take a lump of dough as per introduction
  3. Roll, spread oil on the chapati.
  4. Sprinkle some filling over it.
  5. Tightly roll into a swissroll.
  6. Form an overlapping spiral.
  7. Press and reroll to full size.
  8. Shallow fry and serve warm with curds and pickle.
  9. Making time: 20 min
  10. Makes: 7-8 parathas
  11. Shelflife: 3 days
