Broccoli Corn Bread
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- Cook broccoli for five minutes.
- Drain.
- Add eggs, cottage cheese, onion, margarine, salt and corn bread mix.
- Mix well.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
