Layered Ham Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 13 cup Dijon mustard or 13 cup spicy brown mustard
- 14 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 medium jalapenos or 1 medium serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
- 8 ounces thinly sliced ham, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- Blend cream cheese, mustard, pineapple and half the pepper in a medium bowl.
- Spread into a 9 in pie plate or shallow serving dish.
- Blend ham, green onion, marmalade, vinegar and remaining jalapeno pepper in a medium bowl.
- Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with bagel or pita chips for dipping.
