Smoked Turkey Pockets With Apple Slaw

  1. Peel and dice apples into very small pieces,
  2. Fine dice celery.
  3. Blend apples and celery together add mayonnaise.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cut pita pockets in half fill with the turkey and cheese.
  6. Top with apple slaw and alfalfa sprouts.
