20-Minute Spinach & Red Pepper Pasta Toss
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. (6 oz ) baby spinach leaves
- 3 cups whole wheat penne pasta, cooked
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add spinach, in batches, cooking after each addition just until spinach starts to wilt.
- Add pasta and sauce; mix lightly.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese.
