Frying Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup beer
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour an one cup beer mix well an put in fridge over night this is the most important part of the recipe is to let this sit for at least 12 hours
- when ready take out an place in large bowl an add remaining indgredients
- make sure fish or meat or vegtables are dry an dip in batter an fry until golden brown.
