Chicken Corn Chowder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 can Canned Premium White Meat Chicken
- 1 Large Russett Potato (Chopped into small pieces)
- 2 Celery Stalks (Chopped)
- 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 3 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 pints Light Whipping Cream
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 can Mexi Corn
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Heat oil in Dutch Oven
- Saute onion, celery, and potato until al dente
- Add chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink
- Add red pepper flakes, paprika, and pepper and saute an additional 2 min
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to low and simmer two hours.
