Golden Pumpkin Meringue Pie

  1. Beat egg yolks slightly.
  2. Add pumpkin milk, sugar, spice, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. pour into pie shell and bake at 425* for 15 min.
  5. reduce temprature to 350* and bake for 45 min or until pie is set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
  8. Gradually add marshmallor creme.
  9. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  10. Spread meringue on top of pie, sealing to edgeof pie.
  11. Bake at 350* for 15 min or until lightly browned.
