Beef And Beer Stew Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients, except butter and flour in the crock pot; mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  3. Mix melted butter with flour; add in to the stew.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  5. Turn to HIGH and cook till thickened, about 15 to 20 min.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
