Brazilian Cream Pie

  1. Combine filling ingredients.
  2. Beat until smooth and thick.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix topping.
  6. Spread on pie.
  7. Return to oven for additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
