Bulgar Wheat And Mint Pilaf Recipe

  1. Chop the onions finely and one of the handfuls of mint Mix these thoroughly with the bulgar wheat
  2. Add in the zest and juice from the 2 lemons Pour over boiling water to cover and leave for a few hrs Twenty min before the pilaf is to be served place in an ovenproof dish cover with a lid and put it in the oven at 325F (160C gas 3).
  3. When the pilaf is ready chop the second handful of mint finely and stir in with salt and pepper to taste.
