Lentil Soup

  1. Brown bacon in a pan.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Saute onion, carrots and celery in oil until soft and transparent.
  4. Add flour and blend well.
  5. Add water and remaining ingredients.
  6. Add bacon back inches
  7. Simmer 3 hours or until lentils and vegetables are cooked.
