kale,bacon & hash quiche
- 1 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 cup chopped kale
- 4 eggs
- 3 cup defrosted hashbrowns
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 medium chopped shallott
- 1 1/2 cup mozzerella
- 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
- 1 cup skim milk
- 3 tbsp melted & cooled butter
- Pre heat oven to 375
- Defrost and drain BTW paper towels hash browns
- Fry 6 strips of bacon, drain and dice
- Use bacon drippings to saute garlic,shallots, and kale
- Scramble 4 eggs with salt pepper and 1 cup of 1/2mozzarella 1/2 sharp cheddar, & milk
- Unfold pie crust into pie plate, mix drained hash with butter, s&p and mash into pie crust
- Add all other ingredients to pie/has crust and bake for 45 min
