Cinnamon Syrup

  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup with the cinnamon sticks.
  2. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight.
  3. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
