Pork Shoulder Posole
- 4 lb pork shoulder
- 12 cup water
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp salt
- 8 Dried California Chiles
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 3 can hominy (white or yellow or mixed)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cube of pork boullion
- 1 shredded cabbage
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cilantro
- 1 radishes
- 1 lemons or limes
- Cut pork shoulder into fourths and add to a 6 or 8-quart soup pot.
- Grate the garlic over the meat.
- Season with salt.
