Biscotti* Recipe

  1. Cream sugar, Large eggs and oil.
  2. Slowly, add in 1/2 of the flour, baking pwdr and extract.
  3. Add in remaining half of flour, kneading till dough is medium soft.
  4. Roll into 4 small "buns."
  5. Place onto greased cookie sheets (2 buns on each), and flatten to about 1/2 inch.
  6. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Remove and cut 1/2 inch angled slices-while still warm!
  8. put pcs back on cookie sheet and "toast" on 1 side at 425 degrees for 3 min.
