Easy with Maruchan-brand Instant Ramen Noodles Taiwan-style Ramen
- 1 packages Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles
- 100 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
- 1/4 Japanese leek
- 1/2 packages Bean sprouts (if available)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Red chili pepper cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 500 ml Water
- Heat oil, garlic, finely chopped Japanese leeks, and finely chopped red pepper in a frying pan, sauteing over low heat until aromatic.
- Saute the ground pork.
- Crumble the pork to your liking.
- I personally prefer large chunks since it is easier to eat.
- Saute the Chinese chives cut into about 5 cm with the bean sprouts, and season with salt and pepper.
- (I forgot to add bean sprouts in the photo.)
- Add the water and bring to a boil.
- After it comes to a boil, add noodles and boil for 3 minutes while loosening the noodles.
- Place the soup base in the serving bowl first.
- After boiling the noodles, transfer to a serving bowl, stir well, and enjoy.
- Done!
