Easy with Maruchan-brand Instant Ramen Noodles Taiwan-style Ramen

  1. Heat oil, garlic, finely chopped Japanese leeks, and finely chopped red pepper in a frying pan, sauteing over low heat until aromatic.
  2. Saute the ground pork.
  3. Crumble the pork to your liking.
  4. I personally prefer large chunks since it is easier to eat.
  5. Saute the Chinese chives cut into about 5 cm with the bean sprouts, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. (I forgot to add bean sprouts in the photo.)
  7. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  8. After it comes to a boil, add noodles and boil for 3 minutes while loosening the noodles.
  9. Place the soup base in the serving bowl first.
  10. After boiling the noodles, transfer to a serving bowl, stir well, and enjoy.
  11. Done!
