Wasrmed Cranberry Brie
- 13 cup cranberry sauce, crushed (I used homemade cranberry sauce)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
- Mix together cranberry sauce, sugar and nutmeg.
- With carrot peeler, take off hte rind of the round of brie, leaving 1/4-inch rim.
- Top brie with cranberry mixture.
- Microwave for 30 seconds on 80% power.
- Sprinkle on nuts.
- Serve on plate with toppables (crackers, etc) and small cheese spreader knife.
