Monkey Bread Recipe
- 1-2 loaves frzn bread dough (thawed but not risen) or possibly kneaded dough from scratch
- 1-2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar mixed with sufficient cinnamon to taste/color
- Tear off pcs of bread 1-2 inches in diameter; roll in butter, then in sugar/cinnamon mix.
- Place in greased angel cake or possibly Bundt pan, layer-style.
- Pour any extra butter and sugar mix over top.
- Let rise 1 hour.
- Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour (till golden).
- Invert onto plate when done.
