Grilled Peach and Pepper Jack Pizza

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill peach halves, cut sides down, 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until softened, turning after 4 min.
  4. Remove from grill; cool slightly.
  5. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Pat and stretch dough into 14x6-inch rectangle on parchment-covered baking sheet; prick with fork.
  6. Cut peaches into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  7. Mix preserves and Sriracha sauce until blended; spread onto dough.
  8. Top with peach slices, cheese and onions.
  9. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  10. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
  11. Sprinkle with cilantro.
