Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake

• 8 ounces sausages, brown and serve
• 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 each eggs
• 1/2 cup apples pared, chopped
• 1 x maple syrup

1. Heat oven 450F (230C).
2. Grease 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
3. Brown sausages as directed on package.
4. Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth.
5. Stir in apple.
6. Pour in dish, arrange sausages on top.
7. Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 min.
8. Serve with syrup.
