Low Fat Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and allow to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine onion, Dijonnaise, and yogurt.
  4. Add cooled potatoes and mix well.
  5. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
