Chili Relish

  1. Combie all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer, simmer uncovered on very low 2 hours, stirring to be sure it does not stick.
  3. Cool.
  4. Put in containers, freeze some for later and refrigerate the remaining.
  5. Serve anywhere you would serve a relish, very good with any roasted or grilled meats, baked beans and of course hamburgers and hotdogs or sausages, and sandwiches!
