A Drinking Appetizer: Crispy Lettuce with Shio-Konbu

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves and tear into pieces.
  2. Stir fry the chirimen jako with sesame oil in a pan.
  3. Add the shio-konbu and stir fry.
  4. Add the lettuce and stir fry quickly.
  5. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle sesame seeds to taste, and it's done.
