Apricot BBQ Chicken Kabobs
- 1 cup Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup apricot jam, heated
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 boneless chicken breast cubed
- COMBINE barbecue sauce, jam, lime juice and brown sugar.
- PLACE chicken on skewers.
- Pour 1\ cup of the barbecue sauce mixture over chicken; cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- Drain; discard barbecue sauce mixture.
- GRILL chicken over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, brushing frequently with remaining barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally.
- Heat any remaining sauce; serve with chicken.
