Taco Party Mix

• 6 tbsp butter
• 1 packages Taco seasoning
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 8 cup corn chex or chex of your choice.
• 1 cup pretzels
• 1 cup bite-sized cheese crackers
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, optional

1. In large microwave safe bowl, melt butter on high.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, worcestershire sauce, & pepper sauce.
3. Gradually add cereal, pretzels, & crackers.
4. Option: add 1 cup peanuts.
5. Stir to coat evenly.
6. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes, stirring thoroughly with rubber spatula every 2 minutes & scraping sides & bottom of bowl.
7. The time could be a little different depending on the power of your microwave.
8. Spread on paper towels to cool.
9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan over warm mix, if desired.
