Garlic topped Vegetables

  1. Cut vegetables into even-sized pieces.
  2. Steam or microwave until just tender.
  3. Gently heat together the milk and cream cheese spread.
  4. Place vegetables in a medium sized baking dish and cover with cream cheese spread mixture.
  5. Spray bread cubes with garlic butter spray until coated, and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Toss croutons over vegetables and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
