Garlic topped Vegetables
- 2 large (400g) potatoes
- 2 (250g) parsnips, peeled
- 2 (250g) carrots, peeled Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 medium (400g) sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 4 slices of bread, cut into crouton sized cubes
- garlic butter flavouring spray
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Cut vegetables into even-sized pieces.
- Steam or microwave until just tender.
- Gently heat together the milk and cream cheese spread.
- Place vegetables in a medium sized baking dish and cover with cream cheese spread mixture.
- Spray bread cubes with garlic butter spray until coated, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Toss croutons over vegetables and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
