Hamburger Corn Casserole

  1. Lightly brown beef in heavy skillet or Dutch oven.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender, but not browned.
  3. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked drained noodles. Spoon into a 4-quart casserole dish.
  5. Combine Ritz crumbs and margarine.
  6. Sprinkle over top.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
