Spinach-Mushroom Salad

  1. Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly, and pat dry.
  2. Tear into bite-size pieces.
  3. Combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs, and green onions in a large bowl.
  4. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings in a jar.
  5. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  6. Top spinach mixture with dressing just before serving.
  7. Sprinkle bacon over top.
