Easy Summer Dessert Recipe

• Vanilla ice cream
• Blueberries, washed and liquid removed
• Green creme de menthe

1. Sprinkle cleaned berries over dish of ice cream.
2. Pour small amount of liqueur over top to make a colorful, tasty and cooling dessert.
3. The recipe can be made in a large serving dish or possibly in individual bowls.
