BBQ Chicken & Vegetables Dinner

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165F).
  4. Add sauce mixture and vegetables; cover.
  5. Simmer 10 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Serve over rice.
