Orange-Pineapple JELL-O Parfaits

  1. Prepare gelatin as directed on package; pour into 8-inch square dish.
  2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  3. Cut gelatin into 36 cubes.
  4. Spoon 1/3 cup pineapple into each of 6 parfait glasses; top with 1 Tbsp.
  5. COOL WHIP and 6 gelatin cubes.
  6. Garnish with remaining COOL WHIP and orange zest.
