  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Season pork chops really good on both sides.
  3. In a pan or skillet add tablespoon of oil.
  4. Cook pork chops on med high on both sides to brazen the meat.
  5. In a dish have water about half a inch high.
  6. (You may need more than a cup depending on your pan/dish) Add chicken bouillon cubes in middle of pan.
  7. For a little more season add onion power to water.
  8. Once brown place pork chops in dish.
  9. Add the rest of the oil then add onions and bell peppers.
  10. Cook until a little tender.
  11. Then pour over pork chops oil and all.
  12. Now I didn't put aluminum foil over my chops because I was to lazy to go to the store and they came out really good.
  13. But I would have if I had it, so cover with foil and for 30 to 45 minutes while they are cooking in oven.
  14. Remove foil and cook for 10mins.
  15. Now time will vary depending on the size of the pork chops and how done you want them.
