Oven Pork Chops.
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 Mesquite season
- 1 chopped onion season
- 1 black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 dash of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 each chicken bouillon (yes chicken)
- Preheat oven to 350
- Season pork chops really good on both sides.
- In a pan or skillet add tablespoon of oil.
- Cook pork chops on med high on both sides to brazen the meat.
- In a dish have water about half a inch high.
- (You may need more than a cup depending on your pan/dish) Add chicken bouillon cubes in middle of pan.
- For a little more season add onion power to water.
- Once brown place pork chops in dish.
- Add the rest of the oil then add onions and bell peppers.
- Cook until a little tender.
- Then pour over pork chops oil and all.
- Now I didn't put aluminum foil over my chops because I was to lazy to go to the store and they came out really good.
- But I would have if I had it, so cover with foil and for 30 to 45 minutes while they are cooking in oven.
- Remove foil and cook for 10mins.
- Now time will vary depending on the size of the pork chops and how done you want them.
- Mine where a little thick.
- ENJOY!
