Chiffon Cake Decoration

  1. Cut the chiffon cake into three 2 cm-thick layers.
  2. Mix the two kinds of heavy cream, kirsch and sugar, and whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Decorate with the syrup on the inside, strawberries and cream sandwiched between the layers, and strawberries and pistachios on top.
  4. A slice looks like this.
  5. I made a birthday cake for my mother with canned peaches and blueberries.
  6. I made this canned apricot, kiwi, and banana cake for my aunt's birthday.
  7. This strawberry version was for a family birthday.
  8. I made this melon, mango and apple cake topped with an Anpanman cookie for my friend's child.
  9. This yellow peach, grape and apple version was for my cousin's birthday.
  10. Strawberries were in season, so I used lots!
