Klara Friis

• Ice
• 2 1/2 ounces oloroso sherry
• 3/4 ounce Poire Williams
• 3/4 ounce aquavit
• Dash of grapefruit bitters or orange bitters

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
